Recently some users complained about the one click theme update feature that the it's not wokring.

We checked and found that the issue is with the Envato Market plugin directly. The Envato Market plugin has some problem so some users cannot update theme with one click. We contacted the plugin developer but they are not providng support for the issue.

So currently we recommend to update theme via SFTP or the cPanel file manager. Here are steps:

1. Login to ThemeForest.com site and go to Downloads section.
2. Now click on the Download button (the green color button) near the theme name.
   
3. Now click on Installable WordPress file only link. This will download the zip file.
   
4. Now extract the dowloaded zip file. You will get the theme folder.
   
5. Now connect to your server vis SFTP and go to /wp-content/themes/ folder. Now upload the extracted folder here. Make sure to overwrite all existing theme file.
   

If you are not sure how to do it then please create a ticket on our support site so our team will update theme directly on your site. Feel free contact us even if your support expires.
